Seth Pound joined Genesis Capital as an Analyst in 2010. Prior to joining the firm, Seth was a Valuation Analyst at Adams Capital, Inc. where he focused on the valuation of privately held businesses, tangible and intangible property valuation, quantification of discounts for lack of marketability and control, and stock option valuation in the entertainment, healthcare, information technology, resort and hospitality, and specialty retail industries. Seth graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology, cum laude, with a Bachelor of Science in Management.
