Spencer Lippman joined Genesis Capital as an Analyst in 2007 and was promoted to Senior Analyst in 2009. Prior to joining the firm, Spencer was a Senior Analyst in the Consulting Group at Silverton Bank, where he focused on strategic planning for financial institutions with under $3 billion in assets.
Spencer has been an advisor to public and private companies and financial sponsors on both the sell side and buy side. He has experience across a wide variety of industries including aerospace & defense, business services, consumer & retail, financial institutions, healthcare, industrial, real estate, and technology.
Spencer graduated from Hampden-Sydney College with a Bachelor of Arts in History.
